On December 6th, 2024, we're hosting the a new EME40 party in our foyer at LAB-1! This event, brought to you by local DJs and friends of Eindhoven's own Point Jay, will transform our foyer-bar into a temporary nightclub where we dance until 3:00am.

Joel Hemmen
His musical odyssey has unearthed the nostalgic beats of the '90s and the freshest sounds of today, leading him to perform in iconic clubs and festivals across the Netherlands and beyond. Joel Hemmen has been a vibrant presence in the electronic music scene for over 15 years. A name that is already inseparable from the underground scene where in matters all over Europe.

Andrea Bertoli
Andrea is a purveyor of deep, infectious dance grooves and uplifting atmospheres. His eclectic musical influences range from psychedelic rock and smooth jazz to funky beats and electronic music. This blend results in a mature yet unpredictable style, featuring 90’s synths, breakbeats, vocal hooks, and deep vibes over house beats. A key figure in his local music scene, Andrea has collaborated with top international DJs at Slovenia’s Ambasada Gavioli. After moving to Amsterdam in 2017, he connected with Seawolf Records and later co-founded the Space Esc:Ape Collective in 2022. For Andrea, music is a joyful, trance-like therapy.

Ztm
From his beginnings, Ztm has been dedicated to playing with turntables only, inspired by vinyl records' sound, look, feel, and timeless flavor. Far from being a vinyl elitist, this choice reflects his preference for simplicity, minimalism and creative limitations. He specializes in electronic music and currently curates sets ranging from classic to modern house, breaks and techno. He is running @polyhood now.

Point Jay
Point jay had a long journey with vinyl, involved in the local scene early on in Eindhoven and Amsterdam ( @kruxamsterdam) before the hype. Currently is focused at working with local talents in Eindhoven and its surrounding, cofounded @Polyhood Brand with @Ztm. Now he is focused on his new concept @ElecMucEhv (Electronic Music Eindhoven) where SOUND is the center piece, with no distractions.
