A venue that suits your event
LAB-1 is a unique cinema in Europe that, in addition to officially accredited cinema halls and film programming, also houses professional event spaces, a club, and a café-bar. At LAB-1, the possibilities are varied for a multidisciplinary approach to your event in a unique retro-vintage cinema atmosphere.

LOBBY
The entrance of the building, renovated in a retro-vintage style. The ground floor lobby spans approximately 200 square meters and includes a stage for small-scale presentations, concerts, performances, and conferences for about 80 people. The lobby is also suitable for receptions of up to 125 guests. Additionally, it features a bar with a kitchen for smaller bites and snacks. Catering is, of course, no problem. Our lobby serves as the gateway to the building: the path to events, the club, cinema halls, and pantries.

CINEMA 1
The famous Euro Cinema 1 in Eindhoven, a magnificent old cinema hall dating back to 1978, retains its original decor. The hall exudes a cinematic ambiance and has been transformed by us into a flat-floor venue covering a total area of 300m². The additional balcony provides 119 seats. This hall is ideal for groups up to a maximum of 600 people and is suitable for film screenings, presentations, concerts, parties, theater, dinners, conferences, and other events that can take place in a flat-floor setting with a classic cinema atmosphere. The space can be arranged to meet your requirements upon consultation. Special screenings, presentations, and performances can take place on the balcony.

CINEMA 2
Cinema 2 is a fully multifunctional hall with a flat floor. It features a removable boutique cinema setup with 30 seats (including tables and table service), and can also accommodate smaller events, parties, concerts, dinners, presentations, and conferences for up to 250 people. We also organize comedy nights (up to 130 seats) and quizzes (20 tables, 80 participants). The hall has been restored to its original design from the 1970s, revealing the wooden walls. This room has a warm, authentic, and even ‘exciting’ atmosphere.

CINEMA 3
The coziest and most beautiful classic cinema hall in Eindhoven. Featuring a 7.5-meter wide screen, Dolby Digital Cinema sound, a Digital Cinema projector, and DCP. The hall’s cozy decor, reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s, exudes a personal and nostalgic atmosphere. This hall is highly suitable for professional film screenings, presentations, and other experimental musical/filmic expressions that need to take place in a cinema setting.

CINEMA 4 AND 5
These are classic long auditorium halls, each with a 6.5-meter screen. Both halls feature 96 seats arranged in tiered seating. Due to their design, these halls are exceptionally suited not only for film, media, and audio screenings but also for (private) presentations, receptions, lectures, meetings, and small conferences. Each hall has its own bar, facilitating swift catering and other arrangements. The pantry or foyer associated with these halls can also be incorporated into an event.
