Two games, one cinema screen and a room full of people deciding what happens next. This Halloween, LAB-1 turns the cinema into an interactive journey through a haunted Irish manor and the dark forests of Finnish mythology.
Halloween Game Night
After a short introduction from our master of ceremonies, we’ll explore two atmospheric horror games together on the big screen. You can take a turn at the controls, help spot clues and decide where to go next, or simply settle into your seat and watch the mysteries unfold.
We begin with The Séance of Blake Manor, a supernatural detective mystery set in Ireland in 1897. A woman has disappeared from a remote hotel, where a group of guests has gathered for a séance. Together, we’ll explore the manor, question suspects and search for clues as the night of the séance draws closer.
Then we leave the manor behind and enter the sinister forest of Lempo, a psychological horror game inspired by Finnish mythology. Lost in the wilderness, we’ll follow clues, solve puzzles and search for a way back to the familiar world before the darkness closes in.
You don’t need to be an experienced gamer to join. Play yourself, help from the audience or simply watch. The games are designed to become a shared experience on the cinema screen.
Make it a full Halloween night
Our Halloween Movie Night is taking place alongside the games, with The Ring (2002), The Exorcist (1973) and Final Destination (2000) on the big screen. Combine the Game Night with a film before or afterwards and make a full night of it.
Halloween Game Night is organised in cooperation with Kino Games and funded by EU Creative Media.
